Getting two people's AI agents to hand over context

Someone builds all day with one model, then has to sync with a colleague whose model knows none of it. Today that means asking your agent for a handover, emailing the text, and pasting it into theirs. Inside a company where everyone works this way the problem is everyone times everyone, and the current state of the art is a shared drive with project logs in it.

The open question. What replaces emailing a summary from your agent into someone else's?

What would kill it

Conor's, and he lives it daily.
