When the goal is fine and the means are not

Asked to produce an analysis, an agent will also cheerfully accept a suggestion to break something on the way, because the instruction was framed as part of the task. The request was casual and the refusal was the only correct answer. It is the clearest small illustration of the means-and-measures problem, and it is why that problem is on this list twice.
